You bring: any AI coding agent that can run commands and edit files (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Grok…), Node 22+, ffmpeg, and for board reels Python 3 and an ElevenLabs account (the installer checks all of it). Teams of 4+ making board reels need a Remotion company license.
Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You talk to your coding agent in plain language; it writes and runs everything. You need to be comfortable installing an app and pasting one command.
Which AI agents does it work with?
Any coding agent that can run commands, edit files and look at images: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Grok and others. The kit ships ready-made skills for Claude Code and Codex, which are the two we test with. Other agents follow the same instructions from AGENTS.md.
What does it cost to run?
Your AI agent's plan (for example Claude for Claude Code, ChatGPT for Codex), which you may already have. Board reels also use ElevenLabs for the voice, which is a few cents to a few dimes per reel depending on your plan. Silent reels cost nothing to make.
Is this only for tech topics?
No. The kit ships prop packs and topic guides for bakeries, clothing brands and service businesses, and Claude can add a pack for your field.
Who owns the reels?
You do, including for commercial use. The kit itself is licensed to you and can't be resold.
What about updates?
A year of kit updates is included. npx aeyho update pulls them and never touches your brand or your reels.
