Terms of sale
These terms cover buying the Aeyho Reel Kit from Abhay Paswan ("we"), an individual based in Bangalore, India. Contact: support@aeyho.com.
Who you buy from
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you get
- A licence to the kit format or formats you bought (board, silent, or both), under the Kit Licence.
- Downloads and updates for 12 months from purchase, through the
aeyhoinstaller and your dashboard. - Activation on up to 3 machines at a time.
What you need
The kit runs on your computer with tools you provide: an AI coding agent such as Claude Code or Codex (on your own paid plan), Node.js, ffmpeg, and for board reels Python and an ElevenLabs account. Their costs and terms are yours. Board reels render with Remotion, which is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; larger companies need a Remotion company license.
Your account
You sign in with the email you bought with. Keep your licence key private; we may disable a key that is shared or used in breach of the licence.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Liability
The kit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Governing law: the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction. This doesn't take away protections that consumer law where you live gives you.
