Kit licence

1. Licence. Abhay Paswan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the kit formats you bought, for one business or creator, on up to 3 machines at a time.
2. Your output is yours. Videos, scripts, captions, covers and music you make with the kit belong to you, for any purpose, commercial included, forever, even after your update period ends.
3. Changing the kit. You may modify the kit for your own use.
4. Not allowed. Reselling, sharing, publishing or redistributing the kit or substantial parts of it (including its skills, engine, templates, prop packs and examples), alone or inside another template, course or product; sharing your licence key; or using the kit to offer a reel-making service built on the kit itself to others as a product.
5. Third-party software and services. The kit uses open-source software under its own licences, and services you connect (your AI agent provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Remotion) under their own terms, which you are responsible for following.
6. Termination. The licence ends if you breach it or your purchase is refunded; you must then delete the kit. Reels you already made remain yours.
7. No warranty. The kit is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
