Studio terms
These terms cover the Aeyho studio: the service that researches, plans, writes, makes and posts reels for a brand. Aeyho, a sole proprietorship of Abhay Paswan registered in India (Udyam UDYAM-BR-26-0254698) and based in Bangalore ("we"), runs it. Contact: support@aeyho.com. Buying the Reel Kit is covered by the terms of sale instead.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Its buyer terms also apply.
- A subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account ("Manage subscription"); you keep the paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, and then move to Free. We don't refund part months, except for duplicate charges or where the law requires it.
- Each plan has limits on brands and reels a month, shown on the pricing page. Unused reels don't carry over. We may limit unusually heavy use so the service stays fair for everyone.
What the AI makes
- Research, content plans, scripts, captions, voice-overs and videos are made with AI models (Anthropic's Claude, and ElevenLabs for voices) from what you tell us, your photos and clips, and public web pages.
- AI can be wrong. We tell it to use only facts you gave us or found in public sources, but you should check prices, claims and dates before anything goes out. You can review every step, or approve each post before it's posted.
- As between you and us, what the studio makes for your brand is yours to use, and so are the photos and clips you upload. Similar ideas or wording may come up for other brands; you don't get exclusive rights to an idea or a style.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload photos, clips, logos and music you have the right to use, and only describe businesses or accounts you're allowed to market.
- You're responsible for what is posted under your name, including posts made on autopilot. If something wrong goes out, you can pause the brand at any time and delete the post on Instagram.
- Follow Instagram's and Meta's terms and the advertising rules where you sell, including saying when a post is paid or sponsored.
What we won't make
We check brands and posts and won't make or post content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing, a scam or impersonation, gambling promotion, or health claims to cure or treat disease. We may stop research or a post that fails the check, and suspend accounts that keep trying.
Posting to Instagram
When you connect an Instagram professional account, you allow us to publish the reels you scheduled or approved (or, on autopilot, the reels in your plan) and to read their views and likes to improve your next plan. You can disconnect at any time from the brand's settings or from Instagram. How we handle this data is in the privacy policy.
The service
We work to keep the studio running and posting on time, but it's provided as is: a post can be late or fail because of Instagram, our providers or us, and we'll tell you when it does. We may change features or these terms; we'll email you before a change that matters to a paid plan. You can delete your account and everything we keep for it at any time by writing to us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or followers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Governing law: the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
